Using the repositories
Ubuntu
To add the iplist repository to Ubuntu follow these instructions or create a new file (as root) in /etc/apt/sources.list.d named iplist.list with the following content depending on the Ubuntu version:
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/ssakar/ppa/ubuntu lucid main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/ssakar/ppa/ubuntu karmic main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/ssakar/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/ssakar/ppa/ubuntu intrepid main
Fedora
To add the repository to Fedora copy the appropriate repo file (as root) to /etc/yum.repo.d.
OpenSuSE
The OpenSuSE repository (including all required libs) is located atMandriva
Packages for Mandriva Linux are available in the contrib section since version 2010.1 .Gentoo
iplist is available on Gentoo through sunrise overlay.
Arch Linux
iplist is available in AUR.Debian
Debian packages are available in the download section.
Old Distributions
Packages for Ubuntu Feisty, Gutsy and Fedora Core 7, 8 can be found in the 0.19 release. Debian Etch packages are available in the 0.24 release.
Experimental ARM Support
There is an experimental ARM source tarball and a binary debian package (armel) for Debian Lenny available without GUI support. This version uses less RAM than the latest version. However iplist is not optimized to run on devices with less than 96 MB of RAM.
